Smoked Tuna Recipe

Smoked Tuna with Olives
Avocado and Tuna Salad



 

SMOKED TUNA WITH OLIVES

4 servings 

Ingredients:
  • 2 packages 3 oz. (85 gr.) of Gourmars Sliced Smoked Tuna
  • 1 twig of fresh basil (1 tablespoon of dry Basil)
  • 3 tablespoons of capers
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 2.5 oz. (70 gr) black olives
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 4 tablespoons of grated bread
  • oil  
  • salt 
  • pepper
Directions:

Wash and finely chop a twig of basil, If you are using dry basil, only add it to the mixture of cut tomatoes and seedless olives.

In a pot with oil, brown the cut tomatoes, olives and capers and sprinkle with basil, and add 4 tablespoons og greated bread and a pinch of oregano. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Place 4 slices of Smoked Tuna on a plate sprinkle on top with the hot sauce and it is ready to eat.




















AVOCADO AND TUNA SALAD

6 servings
Ingredients:
  • 4 packages 3 oz. (85 gr.) of Gourmars Smoked Tuna in slices
  • 2 avocadoes
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
  • a pair of basil leaves
  • black pepper to taste
Directions:  
Finely chop the basil leaves, add to the oil and let it macerate.

Peel the avocadoes, cut in slices, and sprinkle with lemon juice and season. Place the Tuna slices on a semi flat plate, and then place some pieces of prepared avocado and season with oil and basil.
